Each pack is filled with your choice of natural rice or cherry pits and comes with a 10ml bottle of essential oil (choose from lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, or rose) to enhance your relaxation ritual with soothing aromatherapy.

Choose your ideal size:

• Small (13cm x 11cm): great for eyes, wrists, or travel

• Medium (14cm x 16cm): ideal for stomach cramps or sore shoulders

• Large (36cm x 14cm): features three stitched channels for even heat distribution across larger areas like the back or neck

Simply microwave for gentle heat therapy or freeze for cold relief. Each pack is crafted with one of three unique fabric patterns, and one will be lovingly selected for you upon purchase.

How to Use & Safety Information:

• Heating: Place in the microwave for 30–90 seconds (depending on size). Always start low and test temperature. We recommend placing a microwave-safe cup of water alongside it to prevent overheating or drying out.

• Cooling: Place in a sealed bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

• Always use a barrier (like clothing or a towel) between the pack and your skin to avoid burns or frostbite.

• Do not submerge in water. These packs are not washable. Instead, gently wipe clean with a damp cloth.

• Do not use on broken, sensitive, or irritated skin.

• Always check the temperature before applying, especially for children or the elderly
